DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?

Yes, we are currently only an online retailer so you can only order online. This is the best way to pay. It is fast, safe and secure. We do plan on opening physical locations taking orders via telephone in the near future.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Should you wish to modify your order, please contact Lace Addixx customer care via telephone at 228-596-0367. Certain revisions may be made, as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact Lace Addixx customer care via telephone at 2285960367. We can accommodate cancellations, as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

WHAT IF I SUBMIT MY ORDER AND AN ITEM TURNS OUT TO BE UNAVAILABLE?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed, occasionally we do sell out of certain products depending on the sales day. If we run out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. If the charge clears on your bank statement, we will reverse the charge and applied taxes for unavailable item. 

 

ARE THERE BENEFITS FOR REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT?

There are absolutely great benefits for becoming a part of the LA Squad! Lace Addixx prides itself on offering the highest level of customer service. It's not jsut about receiving promotions but it's also about ensuring that you have a pleasant shopping experience. To register just provide your first and last name, email and password. Passwords must be a minimum of 5 characters long. Special characters are allowed.

Should you opt not to register an account with us, you may still make purchases as a guest

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Since we are a fairly new company, we currently only ship within the U.S. We eventually plan to ship worldwide.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Once you have reached the Checkout stage, enter your promotional code into the 'Discount' promo box, click 'Apply.' If the code is valid, your discount will be applied. 

*Please note, only one promotional/discount code is redeemable per order.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'VE FORGOTTEN TO USE MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually enter discounts after the order has been completed. But hurry you may be able to use your code on your next order (subject to terms).

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

In the event that you receive a wrong item, please return it by following the return policy and we will refund accordingly.
