We do everything we can to ensure your order is fulfilled and delivered on time and in full. Please note that during peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected.
Lace Addixx currently uses UPS and USPS services to ship items with standard, express and priority shipping options available.
Delivery Time Details
All orders are shipped immediately after processing. Processing can take 2-3 business days. For processing to start same day, please place orders before 3PM (EDT) from Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed on a Friday after 12PM (EDT) or over the weekend with Express or Priority shipping will start processing on the next working day and delivered depending on the chosen shipping method.
**Special order items will be delivered in flat rate shipping time (7-10 business days) after purchase (no processing time)

What happens during processing?
At Lace Addixx, every customer is a priority. We want to ensure that we are able to fulfill every order. We pride ourselves in carrying affordable lingerie of excellent quality. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed, occasionally we do sell out of certain products depending on the sales from the day. During processing, we are going over orders placed each day and making sure that we have the amount of supply needed to meet the demands of every single customer purchasing on the site. During this period, we are able to notify you if a product has become unavailable. If an item is unavailable we will notify you via email.
For maximum serenity and peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped and will include your tracking number.
What If Your Order Doesn't Arrive When You Expect
If your delivery is more than 3 business days overdue, please contact us via email: email@example.com or by phone number 228-596-0367. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
What If You Are Out When Your Order Arrives
If you are out when your package arrives, a delivery attempt will be registered on your tracking number ( provided in your shipping confirmation email). You will then be able to contact your courier directly via the details provided on their delivery attempt slip in order to rearrange delivery for a time more convenient for you or to arrange a pick up.

Lace Addixx reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at time of delivery.
